State of the Art FacilitIES

Our USDA certified facility in Ensley, Alabama is where we produce our sausage, charcuterie, and burgers.

We’ve recently partnered with Meats by Linz, whose expert butchers now process and pack our steaks in Chicago, Illinois.

Butchered and cut to order

Each batch is processed and butchered to order. American Butcher does not cut corners, we only cut great steaks and pork.
